Responsibilities:

To assist IT Manager with IT related projects and IT support

Relationships:  

Work with all CBT staff and faculty to provide for their computing technology needs.

Functions:

• Support in IT infrastructure projects at CBT and/or CNBC
• Installation of cables and hardware with instruction from IT Manager
  • Work done primarily after hours or on days with no online classes
• Produce and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure
• Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisor
• Provide backup assistance with guidance from IT Manager in special circumstances to smart classrooms, network and end user support 

Requirements:  

• NO PRIOR IT EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• Willing to learn new skills
• Able to work responsibly, fairly, harmoniously and maintain open and clear communication in all CBT relationships
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to matters sensitive to CBT
