Student Housing
Find your home away from home! The Canadian Baptist Theological Seminary and College is happy to offer on-campus living. Being here will introduce you to the freedom and responsibility that is part of the CBT learning experience. Student housing is available for students, whether single or with their families, to allow for independent living with community support.
Students who take a minimum of nine (9) credit hours are considered full-time for student housing rates. Nine (9) credit hours combined in the summer and fall and /or nine (9) credit hours combined in January (one-week courses) and spring semester at CBT.
We have 1-bedroom apartments as well as two (2) and three (3) bedroom townhouses located right on-campus. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. The suggested move-in day for first-year single college students is the Tuesday before orientation. All other students please contact the housing office to arrange your move-in date.
At the beginning of every school year, there is a welcome BBQ for all new tenants to meet their fellow students, staff members, and other community neighbours.

Amenities
Housing fees include water, sewer, garbage pick-up and Shaw Internet & TV. Each housing unit comes with a fridge, stove, washer and dryer. In addition, the Single Student housing rate includes the following: electricity, gas, bed & mattress, desk & chair, living room and dining room furniture, and microwave. Summer storage rental is available for your convenience, price available upon request.
On-Campus Facilities for Students:
- Games Room: Features a pool table, ping-pong table, and lounge area.
- Fitness Room: Features an elliptical machine, stationary bike, exercise balls, a treadmill, bench press, weights, and two strength machines.
- Fishing Pond: Fishing licenses and fishing rods available for all students
