Responsibilities:
The Director of Finance and Administration serves as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the school’s financial health. This role manages budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, to ensure sound stewardship of the school’s resources in alignment with its mission. These include oversight of financial reporting and systems and financial internal controls appropriate to capturing and reporting financial information to both internal and external users. Also, this role will be responsible for the management of institutional resources including aspects of risk management, project management, policy development, and general administration over CBTS&C business affairs, and ancillary operations of the school.
