The MCMin (Pastoral Leadership) track is designed to give graduates a basic foundation for various roles in pastoral ministries. It is not the equivalent of the standard professional ministry degree but includes many of the same degree outcomes. It is well suited for those looking for basic pastoral training in a wide variety of settings but attainable in a shorter amount of time.
Requirements: Minimum 3.0 GPA in college courses (plus overall 3.0 undergrad GPA), less than 5 years from graduation, and a graded research paper or writing sample.

The prerequisite for this degree is a B.A. degree, or its equivalent, from an accredited college or university. Degrees from unaccredited schools are considered on an individual basis.

A total of 56 credit hours is required for completion of the degree, combining core courses, and your chosen track.

At least 8 credit hours must be completed face-to-face (on campus, via Zoom, or at intensive courses) to provide regular and substantive student–faculty interaction — essential to achieving the degree outcomes.

The MCMin is a flexible degree offering full-time, part-time, and fully online study options, with typical completion in 2-3 years. International students may apply; DLI designation and study permit eligibility will be confirmed upon application.
